Julep referral- help!

It seems there was a glitch in the Julep Maven program and referral credits program. According to the information on their site I was supposed to get $15 in credits for every new Maven who joined because of me! I have emailed Julep and they emailed asking for a list of names of people I have referred, so if you were one of those people please let me know in a comment! Thank you!
